6- Week Childbirth Education Full Comprehensive Class
Virtual &/or In-Person
A 6 Weekly PRIVATE 90-minute sessions full comprehensive childbirth education class that is suited for the birth you are wanting to have based on your needs and desires.
Week 1: Basic Prenatal Nutrition, Birth Prep Exercises, and Birth Place education
Week 2: What does informed consent look like? Medical interventions Pt 1.
Week 3: Medical Interventions Pt 2. C-Section, Gentle Cesarean, Hospital Transfers (if homebirth)
Week 4: Postpartum, newborn basics, and basics to breastfeeding
Week 5: Early labor and its comfort measures, and positions Pt 1.
Week 6: Active, transition, and delivery and its comfort measures and positions Pt 2.
This would also include
All Education & Materials for (Via shared google doc), an at home birth prep guide, a resource list for anything you will need during your pregnancy and beyond, and 6 weeks of continual support during postpartum.
