It is my passion to help other parents along in their own birth process, whether they are becoming a new parent or are adding to their family. It is my pleasure to provide valuable, evidence based information on the childbirth process to help YOU make an informed decision. This season of your life is to be a positive experience and a part of getting the best out of that experience is learning more about the childbirth process, gaining confidence, feel empowered, and making it your own. I will help you discover what options are available to you and what the fruits of those decisions may be. I provide education for all different types of birth options. All my packages include a Childbirth Education program which includes education on pregnancy, nutrition, available birthplace options, birth plan basics, all four stages of labor, hands on training for natural comfort measures, education on common medical interventions and alternatives, basic parental rights, and postpartum. Listed below are the current services and fees that I offer and what is include in each one!

What this Includes:
* Meet and greet.
* Briefly go over services and what to expect with working with me.
* Go over what aspects of each package that will benefit your specific situation.
* An opportunity for you express your desires and wishes in your birth.

Birth Option Education: $300.00 *Mama's who are as early as 9 weeks*
This class is for mamas who have not chosen a birth environment and would like to receive more information on what birth option is available for them. In this class we will go over each birth option and what they can provide for mama that will help her make informed decision and find what best option suits her needs and desires.

What this Includes:
* 2 hour consultation via zoom, in-person, or phone.
* Education on multiple birth options.
* Provided Questions to ask for provider and resources for birth option choice

WildFlower Package: $600 USD *deposit $300.00
What this Includes:
* 9 Weekly one-on-one 90 minute sessions Childbirth Education class that is suited for your personal needs and desires. (If booking after 26 weeks of pregnancy, material will be spread out based on due date) **A rate of $25.00 per hour will be applied for any additional hour after**
* Childbirth Education Materials. (*If local or via email or google doc)
* In-depth information for each trimester.
* Support for your goals.
* Education and support on personal birth place/choices.
* Hands on education and techniques to equip birth partner and you.
* Unlimited hours of availability for any questions and concerns leading up to birth & 6 weeks into postpartum.
* Help in creating a birth plan/birth tool essentials.
* Natural remedy recommendations for common prenatal, birth, postpartum, and infant aliments.
* Postpartum Check-ins up to 6 Weeks

Garden Package: $800 USD *deposit 400.00
What this Includes:
* Two(2) (your choice days and times) 5hr long Childbirth Education class. (*May be in a group setting and this may done in person or via zoom/skype or done privately) **A rate of $25.00 per hour will be applied for any additional hour after**
* Opportunity to participate/learn from others in a class environment.
* Childbirth Education Materials. (*If local or via email or google doc)
* Hands on training with birth positions/techniques.
* Education and techniques to equip birth partners.
* Availability for any questions and concerns after class hours.
* Postpartum Check-ins up to 6 Weeks.

Blast Class Package: $900 USD *Must be paid in full
(*Anyone 35-37 weeks and wants an accelerated class or needs a refresher class.
What this Includes:
* one 5 hour One-on-one Accelerated Childbirth Education class and/or education on selected parts of childbirth education.
* Childbirth Education Materials. (*If local or via email or google doc)
* Unlimited hours of availability for any questions or concerns leading up to birth.
* Hands on training of birth positions and comfort measures.
* Education and techniques to equip birth partners.
* Postpartum Check-ins up to 6 Weeks

A La Carte Sessions: $30.00/hr
This option allows expecting parents to pick and choose what they would like to learn.
This will include:
*Back to basics on labor and delivery.
*Postpartum preparation, recovery and resources

*Breastfeeding Basics
*C-sections
*Newborn Basics and common procedures.
*Create a birth plan
*Birth Environment options and education.
